The launch of our new brand was a watershed moment, one we knew would attract considerable attention from the press and public.
But we didn’t want the focus to be on us, we wanted to centre the campaign around the real people impacted by the housing emergency. We spoke to service users and used their unfiltered truths, to tell the true story of the national housing emergency and inspire everyone to join Shelter in the fight for home.
